Terms of service
Effective date: August 27, 2026
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of slashvibe.ai and the SlashVibe waitlist, product-information pages, and related public website features (together, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Natural Mapping, Inc., doing business as SlashVibe (“SlashVibe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1.What the Website Provides
The Website provides information about SlashVibe, a product currently in development, and allows visitors to join a waitlist, follow the build, contact us, express interest in future demonstrations, early access, or product availability, and, where offered, place a paid deposit or preorder.
The Website is not the SlashVibe product itself. Additional terms may apply to a prototype demonstration, beta, device, companion app, purchase, reservation, crowdfunding pledge, or other product or service. We will present those terms separately when applicable.
2.Pre-Release Information; No Purchase or Delivery Commitment
SlashVibe is a working prototype and is not yet in production. Product descriptions, images, renderings, demonstrations, specifications, compatibility statements, features, materials, dimensions, pricing, availability, production plans, and timelines may change.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in separate written terms:
- joining the waitlist is free and does not constitute a purchase, preorder, deposit, reservation, or crowdfunding pledge;
- joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a unit, a price, a discount, priority, availability, compatibility, a launch date, or a delivery date; and
- information on the Website is not an offer to sell or a promise that a product or feature will be released.
If we offer a paid deposit, reservation, preorder, crowdfunding campaign, or purchase, the terms presented at the point of transaction, including any applicable Shipping and Refund Policy and any refund, shipping, tax, warranty, cancellation, or return terms, will govern that transaction.
3.Waitlist and Communications
When you join the waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and to receive the product, production, early-access, and launch updates described at the point of collection. You may unsubscribe from marketing or launch emails at any time using the link in an email.
Joining the waitlist is not required to browse the Website. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use any Website feature that asks you to submit information. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
5.Acceptable Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;
- bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- use automated means to scrape or extract Website content in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Website or violates applicable law;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful material; or
- use the Website to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
We may restrict access to the Website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
6.Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, product designs, renderings, videos, logos, trademarks, layout, and software, are owned by SlashVibe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for your personal or internal business evaluation of SlashVibe. No other right or license is granted.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from Website content except with our written permission or as allowed by applicable law.
7.Feedback
If you voluntarily send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Website or SlashVibe, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation to you. This does not give us ownership of your existing code, files, confidential information, or other materials merely because you describe your workflow to us.
Do not submit feedback that you do not have the right to share.
8.Third-Party Products, Services, and Links
The Website may refer or link to third-party products and services, including Codex, Claude Code, Kickstarter, Discord, social networks, payment providers, or event platforms. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Unless expressly stated, SlashVibe is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes, outages, content, security, or data practices outside our control.
9.Website Availability and Changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that every description will remain current.
10.Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that pre-release product information is final, complete, accurate, or suitable for your intended workflow. You are responsible for evaluating any information before relying on it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live.
11.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Mapping, Inc., doing business as SlashVibe, and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, use, or data, arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Natural Mapping, Inc. arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in connection with the Website during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) US$100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury to the extent caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12.Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Website.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and SlashVibe agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and allowing at least 30 days for a response.
13.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our business, or applicable law. We will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14.General
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any applicable Shipping and Refund Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a specific Website feature or transaction, are the entire agreement between you and SlashVibe regarding the Website.
